			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Jean-Francois Baril is Senior Vice President, Sourcing and Procurement for Nokia Corporation, based in Espoo Finland. He joined Nokia Group on January 1999.</p>
<p>Prior to joining Nokia, Jean-Francois was Director at Compaq where he has leading the European Sourcing and Materials responsibilities based in Erskine, Scotland from 1994 to 1997. He then moved to Houston Texas from 1997 to 1999 as both Director, Corporate Procurement for the Mass Storage and Director Sourcing for Compaq Storage business unit.</p>
<p>Jean-Francois started his career in Sourcing and Procurement at Hewlett-Packard Grenoble France in 1984 where he held various responsibilities including the worldwide leadership for Sourcing for the HP Personal Computer division between 1991 and 1994.</p>
<p>Other industrial experiences include two years on offshore platforms in West Africa with Schlumberger and one year at Commissariat a l’Energie Atomique in France as Research Engineer.</p>
<p>Jean-Francois was Chairman of the Electronic Component Board for RosettaNet from 2002 to 2004. Jean-Francois has been nominated in January 2003 “Conseiller du Commerce Exterieur” by the French Minister of Commerce. Jean-francois is also Board Member of NetOnNet company listed in Stockholm.</p>
<p>Jean-Francois was born in Paris, France in 1956 and graduated with an Engineering degree from Ecole National Superieure d’Arts et Metiers Paris and has a Master of Sciences from Stanford University California.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In his role as Executive Vice President of Supply Chain Services, John Macksood leads a total of 19 operating units including; 16 Supply Chain Centers, 1 produce processing center, 1 crust manufacturing plant, and an Equipment and Supply center.  In addition, Macksood is responsible for Supplier quality assurance and compliance functions within the company.</p>
<p>Macksood’s focus is on leveraging Domino’s supply chain assets to drive better store economics. Macksood, 49, had been with the company for 24 years prior to being named EVP, Supply Chain Services in March 2010. He was previously second-in-command for the supply chain operation as its Vice President of Logistics and Network Planning, and played a vital role in the division&#8217;s growth. Macksood joined Domino’s in 1986 and has held positions of increasing responsibility.</p>
<p>Previous positions within Supply Chain include Vice President Supply Chain Operations, Vice President Finance and Administration, Area Vice President, General Manager of North Carolina, Texas, and Michigan Supply Chain Centers. He graduated from Michigan State University with a Materials Logistics Management degree.</p>
<p>A Michigan native, Macksood is married and has two children.</p>

Marc Engel joined Unilever in 1990 at Unilever Meat Group in Oss, the Netherlands, where he was on the construction team building the Ragu tomato sauce factory, which later he ran as Production Manager.</p>
<p>Early 1993 he joined Shell in Procurement and Logistics, first as Capital Equipment Buyer for overseas countries and then in North Sea Marine Operations in Aberdeen.</p>
<p>Marc rejoined Unilever in 1995 in Birds Eye Walls Lowestoft, United Kingdom, as Operations Manager. In 1998 he moved to the Foresight project team in London with the objective to define strategic options for Unilever for 2010. Then on to Brazil as Regional Supply Chain Vice President Ice Cream Latin America, and in 2001 he took over as Managing Director of the Ice Cream businesses in the Caribbean, Central America, Andina and River Plate, driving the turnaround agenda for Ice Cream in the region.</p>
<p>Early 2004 Marc returned to the Netherlands as Vice President Supply Chain for Spreads, Dressings and Olive Oil, and moved early 2006 to Unilever Supply Chain Company AG in Switzerland.</p>

<p>Mr. Turney received a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from the University of California.  He received a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan.</p>
<p>He is a member/board member of APICS (The Association for Operations Management).</p>
<p>Mr. Turney was born in Radford, Virginia on August 20, 1965.  He and his wife, Rebecca, reside in Richland, Michigan.  They have one son.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hau L. Lee is the Thoma Professor of Operations, Information and Technology at the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University and the Chairman at SCM World. His areas of specialisation include supply chain management, information technology, global logistics system design, inventory planning and manufacturing strategy.</p>
<p>Professor Lee has been published widely in journals such as Management Science, Operations Research, Harvard Business Review, Sloan Management Review, Supply Chain Management Review, IIE Transactions, and Interfaces, etc. He has served on the editorial boards of many international journals, such as Operations Research, Manufacturing and Service Operations Management, IIE Transactions, Supply Chain Management Review, Sloan Management Review, and the J. of Production and Operations Management. From 1997-2003, he was the Editor-in-Chief of Management Science.</p>
<p>Professor Lee received the Harold Lardner Prize for International Distinction in Operations Research, Canadian Operations Research Society, 2003. He was elected a Fellow of Manufacturing and Service Operations Management, 2001; Production and Operations Management Society, 2005; and INFORMS, 2005. In 2006-7, he was the President of the Production and Operations Management Society. His article, “The Triple-A Supply Chain,” was the Second Place Winner of the McKinsey Award for the Best Paper in 2004 in the Harvard Business Review. In 2004, his co-authored paper in 1997, “Information Distortion in a Supply Chain: The Bullwhip Effect,” was voted as one of the ten most influential papers in the history of Management Science.</p>
<p>Professor Lee has consulted extensively for companies such as Nokia, Microsoft, Qualcomm, KLA-Tencor, Hewlett-Packard Company, Bay Networks, Savi Technology, Nortel Networks, SUN Microsystems, Apple Computer, IBM, Lucent Technologies, General Motors, Xilinx Corp., Accenture, Eli Lilly and Company, Booz-Allen and Hamilton, Raychem Corp., McKesson and Motorola. He is a co-founder of several supply chain and price optimisation software companies: Evant, DemandTec, SignalDemand and TrueDemand; and is on the board and advisory board of several logistics services and supply chain software companies. He has also given executive training workshops on supply chain management and global logistics in Asia, Europe and America.</p>
<p>Professor Lee obtained his B.Soc.Sc. degree in Economics and Statistics from the University of Hong Kong in 1974, his M.Sc. degree in Operational Research from the London School of Economics in 1975, and his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Operations Research from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1983. He was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Engineering degree by the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2006, and an Honorary Doctorate by the Erasmus University of Rotterdam in 2008.</p>

<p>Omanoff is a Global Operations Executive recognized for building strong teams and delivering Best-in-<br />
Class Results. He was a key executive in the rapid growth of 4 companies rated in the Forbes “Top Ten<br />
Fastest Growth Companies” demonstrating board-level strategic advisory experience combined with<br />
hands-on execution responsibility.</p>
<p>Omanoff led from initial Pre-IPO start-up to volume Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and Customer<br />
Support and grew respective teams with industry leaders in Security, Storage, Networking, Telecom and<br />
Retail.</p>
<p>Omanoff served on the Board of Directors for CALQED, appointed by the Governor of California as well<br />
as the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Examiner, appointed by the US Secretary of Commerce, Ron<br />
Brown.</p>
<p>Previously, Omanoff was Vice President of Operations and investor at Jetstream Communications, a<br />
telecom startup, and has held executive-level positions at Advanced Fibre Communications, Fore<br />
Systems, StrataCom Communications (a Cisco company), and SynOptics Communications, acquired by<br />
Bay Networks.</p>
<p>Omanoff holds a Bachelor&#8217;s degree from Fordham University and a Master&#8217;s degree in business from the<br />
Hofstra Graduate School of Business. He has attended The Wharton School of the University of<br />
Pennsylvania for Corporate Governance as well as Stanford Graduate School of Business &amp; The School of<br />

<p>In this role he is discussing with companies of all sizes around the world, the importance and direction of Supply Chain and Product Innovation processes. This includes supply chain planning and execution, product and portfolio planning, product development and manufacturing definition processes, product services and all 3D visualization processes for product and asset information.</p>
<p>Hans is more than 11 years with SAP. Prior to joining SAP, Hans was an employee at Wacker Siltronic, where he was responsible as a project manager for the definition and implementation of the supply chain processes in using SAP APO and SAP R/3. Hans holds a degree in Business Information Systems from the University Vienna, Austria.</p>
